Heart and Flower

The heart sits atop the flower, but the flower is empty.

Anxiety 8 Lines or Less

Oh great sunset,
How your luscious words make me sick
How I dine on your opulent misery
As the days come in

It's anxiety
Come again to take the cornucopia of fortune
And back me into a corner
Please stop hammering and give me a win

Ode to The Gorges' Town

Slosh and winters and vibrant springs
full of trees everywhere
the taste of sacred booze on your breath
as you tramps from one bar to another
you look upon hills and gorges
and life is sweet

Water Poetry

Water, water
Let me drink you
Have you any recourse
For rotten scoundrels?

Pour down, trickle
Let me bathe in you
So that I can finally be clean
To move forward

Hard flowing river
Let me go with you
Time for journeying is near
And I am not sleepy

Peaceful waterfall
Let me roll with you
Stop this stagnation
That occurs for those with buzzing hearts

Mind, Body, Spirit Becoming Glad

Hindrances of my soul
Let me loose let me free
Take care not to sabotage
The storage of my heart, body, mind
And let me face this happy sun
With a shimmering aura of gladness

Breathe Again

Concentration low
Blinding as the snow
Will writing sacred verse
Bring me back somehow

Let me sing a song
And bring you to a place
Long forgotten since
I ate the apples of the trees

Things seem hard and gregarious
To me
They feel shocked and gnashed
Do you
Think that the undercarriage is benign
Or needling it's way back to certain reckoning?
I haven't a clue

Flower In Mountains

On an island, a flower grows, deep in the mountains
Can you hear it?
It sings back to the sun that illuminates it's light upon it
It's voice so soft, almost as a whisper
But it speaks
Hidden away from view, can it be found?
Will it's words be lost no more?
